ReWrite is handwriting practice for adults whose writing has been changed by a neurological condition — stroke, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, brain injury. Stroke Sight is visual scanning and reading practice for people with hemianopia, quadrantanopia or visual neglect. Both are £29.99 as a one-off purchase, per person, for ever. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no renewal.
Both run entirely on the device. There is no login, no cloud, no telemetry, no crash reporting and no advertising identifier. Nothing a patient writes or taps leaves the tablet they are holding.
Because no personal data is collected, transmitted or stored anywhere but the patient's own device, the usual procurement chain for a clinical app does not apply. Specifically:

Neither app is a medical device, and neither is marketed as one. They are practice and wellness tools intended to supplement, not replace, therapy delivered by a qualified clinician. They do not diagnose, they do not screen, they do not triage, they make no treatment recommendation, and no clinical decision is intended to be taken on the basis of any number they display. The in-app text says so, the store listings say so, and the PDF report says so on its face.

If your organisation uses Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager, both apps can be bought in volume and assigned to devices or to people through your MDM in the normal way. Nothing is required from us and there is no separate enterprise agreement to sign — the apps are ordinary public App Store apps, so they appear in Apps and Books like any other. Licences are reassignable when a device is redeployed.
Price is the standard £29.99 per licence. We do not currently offer the Apple education volume discount, because Apple only allows a developer to enable it before an app is first approved and ours were approved without it. If you are an educational institution and that matters to your budget, tell us — we would rather find another way to make the numbers work than lose the conversation.
Google withdrew bulk purchasing of paid apps from managed Google Play in 2019, so there is no equivalent mechanism. We have no randomised trial and we do not pretend otherwise. The exercises are built on published rehabilitation principles — repetition, amplitude, scanning into the affected field — and on review by practising clinicians, and the honest summary of the evidence is on our clinicians page. If somebody tells you a £29.99 app is proven to restore function, they are selling you something. We are selling structured practice that a person will actually do at home between appointments, in their own language, without handing their data to anyone.
